Lands' End team

Congratulations to the winner of yesterday's 'Dress Diaries' Blog competition - Tracey Belcher! Tracey's entry read:

I am going to a wedding in New Orleans
The type of wedding you usually see in your dreams
At a beautiful Oak Plantation on the Mississippi
So I need a dress that is more country than city
I would pair this with some lovely red shoes
and a matching bag is what I would choose
A bolero style jacket just in case it gets cold
and some pretty jewellery delicate and gold

We'd like to thank everyone who took the time to enter, we've had a great time reading them this morning! Keep checking back for more great competitions coming your way soon!

I think its lovely in navy - so stylish I would team it with a white cardi for when it went a little colder at night and white summer sandals x

Gemma Turner

Hard choice, but I love the Modal Empire Waist Dress! It's one of those dresses that you can wear with glitz and glam for a big night out!!! Or with some nice sandals and a wide brimmed hat for the summer loving look :)))

I really love the Women's Regular Floral Cotton Lawn Empire Waist Dress in the Chalk Poppies colour, and I'd pair it with a pair of red espadrilles and a cropped denim jacket, to keep it casual and comfortable for a British spring day!

John Smith

I love the floral Cotton Lawn Empire Waist Dress in Chalk Poppies. I've always wanted an excuse to buy some nice red court shoes and teamed with these a slim red belt, with perhaps a straw sunhat it would be the perfect outfit to wear for my upcoming trip to America

I would LOVE to add the Women's Patterned Three Quarter Sleeve Shirtdress into my wardrobe! It is quintessentially "Hampton Chic" .. for all the days I hope to stroll the seaside this summer. This colourful dress is a wardrobe staple with loads of character.

Whether worn with the fun Tape Yarn Cable Cardigan or the more casual Long Sleeve Cotton Shaker Stitch Cardigan, this dress is a no-brainer: it kicks your wardrobe up a notch FOR you! I'm such a dress and cardigan girl .. and if paired with a pair of T-strap sandals, I'd be more than happy to stay in summer forever :)

During the in-between seasons, this dress would be fab with some colourful tights, boots and even a chunky sweater on top. So much fun!

I would choose the Floral Cotton Lawn Empire Waist Dress with the chalk poppies design and I would team it with a pair of summer pastel ballerinas, a wooden necklace & a short sleeve cardi just in case I'm a bit cold! To complete this fab outfit I will add the very summery Havana refined straw tote bag! Et voila :)

I would choose the Regular Cotton/Modal Wrap Dress in Regent because it looks bang on trend and also very comfortable. I think it would be brilliant for travelling in as it looks very accommodating. Regent is a vivid colour too and it would look great teemed with the peep-toe sandals.
